The ultimate goal in managing startup operations is to make sure that there is no clogged gutter to the team workflow. It is a very arduous task at the beginning. You need to really understand the team personality, and then propose the perfect solutions that are really best suited to the team personality.

It takes me 2 whole years dedicated to Aniqma to find the perfect formulas.

Then, everything started to untangle and you find the perfect person to be delegated to the tasks. And suddenly, everything is already running on autopilot. Your task is getting thinner and thinner. And when you’re no longer preoccupied with menial tasks, now you should be able to find spare time to focus on bigger responsibilities. That’s how it supposed to be.

But then I met my old nemesis: Laziness.

Apparently, it’s not that easy to turn the switch up after so many years spent on managing small tasks. I got lazy.

While at the same time, the clock is ticking.

And what I’ve learned from managing B2B is that, despite all the pranks, God is good. In some twisted ways, at the most perfect time, the universe will always introduce us to the perfect person. And it happened to me while I was craving for new challenges. Recently, I got a new offer to help a very good friend that I just met. She needs help to reorganize her marketing communication effort. The scope then got scaled to operational. The challenge is that we had a very short time span. In 2 months, she needs to watch her company progressed. So I use the best insight I got from Aniqma to hasten this effort. I took a shortcut.

I match her with the best person that she can afford, to handle all the operations need.

Sharfan, my current co-worker that I introduced as a means to create a miracle, is standing proudly in front of the tall building he used to work at.

So right now, the three of us are working our ass off to create a difference. It’s a full-time effort that required me to move temporarily to Jakarta.

So what about Aniqma? Aniqma is an ongoing process that will be more likely to be a longtime goal and aspiration. It’s not like I’m already solve everything in Aniqma. But, what I’ve learned is how to be patient, because God will always open many doors for thou who knock. Hence, one company at a time.
